Engage Arkansas AmeriCorps program celebrated the 30th year of AmeriCorps by participating in a local service project. Members of the Future Teacher Initiative and Smart Start volunteered their time at Options, Inc. on Wednesday, September 25, 2023. Mayor Jason Akers spoke at the event and thanked the staff at Options for answering the call to serve those in need in the community.
