Baptist Health earns Great Place to Work Certification for third year in a row

Baptist Health is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the third year in a row. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at the healing ministry.

Baptist Health achieved an average favorability score of 70%, maintaining the system’s high general score for three years straight. The average score for organizations in the Great Place To Work survey database is 57%.

An impressive 69% of Baptist Health employees said on the survey that the health care system is a great place to work.
