The Blossoms have already improved on their record from one season ago when the Blossoms went 1-27. The Blossoms are currently 4-7 on the season after posting wins against non conference opponents Newman University, Edward Waters University, Catawba College, and Southwest Baptist University. The Blossoms began Great American Conference play on Tuesday night with a five set loss to Arkansas Tech University. The Blossoms fell in the first set, but came back to take the next two before losing the fourth set 26-24. The Golden Suns would take the bonus set 15-11 to take the match.
