David Ray Frisby, 79, of Monticello, passed away Friday, July 25, 2025, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born January 2, 1946, in Strong to the late Zeke Frisby and Velma Perry Frisby.
He was a retired mechanic with Potlatch Corporation after 26 years of service and was of the Assembly of God Church. David's hobbies included hunting, fishing, playing the guitar and singing.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Frisby; and two sisters, Ruth Miller and Mary (Sissy) Walthall.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Frances Frisby of Monticello; two sons, Michael Frisby and Kenneth Frisby both of Monticello; one brother, Benny Jack Frisby (Diane) of El Dorado; two grandsons, Alex Frisby of South Carolina and Hunter Frisby (Lillian) of Monticello; and two great granddaughters, Olivia Frisby and Tatum Frisby both of Monticello.
Graveside services were held 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Crossroads Cemetery in Crossett with Rev. Michael Griffith officiating. There was a visitation preceding the graveside service from 9:30-10 a.m.
