On Tuesday, November 18, volunteers distributed and delivered food boxes to 156 Drew Co. residents who were set to miss out on their usual food allotment from the Food Bank. Amanda Killingsworth saw the need, and issued a call to action via Facebook. The community came together and raised funds to provide for this need, not just for one month, but all the way through February. This story was featured in the Advance on November 5.
