On Tuesday, December 10, representatives from the Monticello/Drew County Chamber of Commerce, the Drew County Quorum Court, local businesses, county employees, and Judge Robert Gibson were present to hold a ribbon cutting to show the renovations that have been made to the court room in the Drew County Courthouse. New paint, blinds, cameras, and security doors are just a few of the things that have been done. “We have a courtroom that is updated and modern,” Judge Gibson said. “We are on par with any other court room in our area.”
