Our Annual Picnic, held at Jordan Park on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, was a resounding success. The event fostered a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, bringing together members and guests for an enjoyable day of camaraderie and community spirit, strengthening the bonds within our organization.
Furthermore, we are particularly proud to share a recent community outreach initiative that exemplifies our commitment to civic welfare. The Effie E. Brooks Civic team had the distinct privilege of preparing and delivering nourishing meals to the residents of Ridgeway Apartments. This endeavor provided not only essential sustenance but also a valuable opportunity for connection and support, truly embodying our core principle of neighborly care and mutual “upliftment”.
