Evelyn Earlene Henry Chadwick, 77, of Monticello, passed away December 23, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born October 2, 1945, in Bradley County to the late Walter Henry Sr, and Adilene Brown Henry. Evelyn worked at Drew Memorial Hospital for many years before her retirement. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, Evelyn is preceded in death by a daughter Frances Annette Hogg, and two brothers, Nelson Henry, and Walter Henry, Jr.
Evelyn is survived by two brothers, Jimmy Henry and Bobby Henry; three daughters, Tammy Withers Owens (the late William), Deborah Withers Doss (Bill), and Melissa Withers Pruitt (Billy); eight grandchildren, Wesley Carnicle, Danny Carnicle, Summer Warren (Lance), Billy E. Bodiford, III, (Jenny), Francis Doss, Erica Ivy (Michael), John Burton (Candace); seventeen great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Parks, Christian Kling, Autumn Warren, Carson Warren, Chad Warren, Elizabeth Warren, Bradyn Bodiford, Lilly Bodiford, Gabriel Crocker, Bobby Adams, Paisley Burton, Carter Burton, Jaxson Ivy, Malachi Ivy, Maddix Ivy, Trinity Kling, John Kling, and Jaden Rice; a very special friend, Joyce Wilson of Baytown, Texas; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
