The Southeast Arkansas Educational Cooperative held a reception at McCloy Park Thursday, April 28. They honored the local “Foster Grandparents” that work in area school districts. The family of the late Roselyn Busby were in attendance to present the first Roselyn Busby Volunteer of the Year Award to Fannie Mae Collins. The Foster Grandparent program is accepting volunteers age 55 years and older and meet a federal income guideline. For more information, call 870-367-4818.
