Molly Clair Shumate and Rex Harper Henderson, together with their families, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage set for Saturday, October 8, 2022.
Molly is the daughter of Toni summate of Kilbourne, La. and Mark W. Shumate of Sondheimer, La. She is the granddaughter of the late W.P Shumate of Sondheimer, La. and Mr. C.C. Print and the late Mary Print of Oak Grove, La.
Molly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and is currently employed at Drew Central Elementary.
Rex is the son of Jamie Henderson of Monticello and Dax Henderson of Monticello.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Buck Henderson of Monticello, Mr. ad Mrs. Kirby Meeks of Monticello and Mr. and Mrs. Ricky Stringfellow of Hampton. He is the great grandson of Ms. Cleo Young and the late Mr. Ben Young.
Rex received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in Agriculture business and is currently employed by the Arkansas Department of Ag.
The couple will exchange vows at the Henderson residence at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, October 8. All friends and relatives are invited to attend, only out-of-town invitations will be sent.
