James Horace Cherry, 86, of Monticello, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Baptist Health Medical Center-Drew County. He was born November 11, 1938, in Monticello to the late Luther Bert Cherry and Lillie Mae Cummings Cherry.
He was retired from Dura Craft Boats and Sea Ark Marine and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Cherry loved hunting and fishing.
He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a private family burial in Cornerville Cemetery.
