John Keanan Harris, 66, of Warren, entered into the eternal presence of His Savior on Friday, December 27, 2024, at UAMS in Little Rock following a 15-month long battle with multiple myeloma cancer. He was born September 29, 1958, in Warren to the late B.K. Harris and Linda Adams Harris.
He was retired from the United States Air National Guard and was a millworker for many years. John loved hunting, fishing, studying history and watching football. John was also a great storyteller, Razorback fan and loved watching sci-fi movies.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Harris.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Angie Wheeler Harris of Warren; two sons, Jonathan Harris (Jordan) of White Hall and Ethan R. Harris of Warren; one brother, Mark Harris (Joan) of Wilmar; sister-in-law, Cindy Wheeler of Monticello; and four grandchildren, Faithlyn, Madison, Christopher Don and Ronnie.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with Rev. Wayman Mann and Bro. Mark Harris officiating. There will be a visitation from 1-2 p.m. preceding the funeral service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Wilmar Cemetery.
