On Tuesday, January 30, Michael Dustin Burns was arrested by the Monticello Police Department on a warrant for Sexual Indecency with a Child.
The charges stem from an investigation by MPD’s Criminal Investigation Division and the Arkansas State Police’s Crimes Against Children Division.
Burns’ first appearance was held on Wednesday, January 31, and bond was set at $10,000.
