Marilyn Kay Weih, age 67, of Mountain View, passed away on Friday, May 8, at her home. She was born on November 11, 1958, in Mankato, MN, and was a devout Catholic.
Marilyn held a master’s degree in education from Virgina Tech University and retired from working at the Southeast Arkansas Regional Library System in Monticello, where she lived for over 25 years. Her love of the outdoors was only seconded by her love of friends and family, and you could talk to her for hours about her flower gardens or hiking trips in the area. She also loved traveling to both visit family and explore the national parks. She is survived by her three children, Melissa, Robby, and Jeremy Weih, and is predeceased by her husband Dr. Robert (Bob) Weih, Jr.
A funeral mass will be held in Monticello, at St. Mark Catholic Church, on Thursday, May 21. at 2 p.m.
