On Saturday, Sept 21, the Monticello Firefighters Association (MFA) joined Arkansas Hospice in a project to help a local family with several home repairs.
Through this project they provided free home repairs to make it more accessible for the occupants needs/disabilities and to improve the resident’s quality of life. Specifically, the project included replacing the bathroom floor, installing a new toilet and repairing the existing front deck as well as mowing and raking the yard.
The Monticello Firefighters Association’s mission is to serve our membership as a leader in firefighter advocacy, benefits, education and safety while giving back to our community.
