Work on the South end of Tracy Drive began this week with the removal of the concrete road that has been in bad condition for decades.
The concrete will be removed, then a new foundation built. Once the new foundation packs, the area will be paved as part of the Mayors 2nd Phase of paving projects for Monticello this year.
