Randy L. Crossett, 66

Randy L. Crossett passed away on Saturday, May 7, at his home in Benton, at the age of 66 years. 

He was born in Monticello on March 24, 1956, to Harry E. Crossett, Sr. and Floy Mae Studdard Crossett.  On April 16, 2005, he married Kathy Johnson in Hot Springs, Arkansas.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

He was Assembly of God in his faith, and he was a member of Life Church of Little Rock.  He was formerly a member of Hot Springs First Assembly of God Church where he met and married his wife. 

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Kathy Crossett of Benton; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Harry and Becky Crossett of Batesville, and Jim and Cookie Crossett of Monticello; one sister, Brenda Carothers of Monticello; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ben and Jennifer Crossett of Little Rock, and Patrick and Carmen Lewis of El Dorado; one daughter, Hannah Box of Benton.  He has eight grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.

Randy was devoted to his family, and he delighted in spending time with his grandchildren.   Fishing was one of his favorite activities.  He enjoyed outsmarting bass on Lake Ouachita whenever he got the chance.  In the evenings he would entertain his family by singing and playing his guitar.  His passing has left a hole in the hearts of his family that will be impossible to fill. He will be missed by all who loved him.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 21, at Life Church of Little Rock at 9415 Stagecoach Rd., Little Rock, AR 72210.
