Rebecca Sanson, 58, of Monticello, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Baptist Health Springhill in North Little Rock. She was born October 1, 1966, to Eveline Brixie Thacker and the late Jimmy Henderson.
Rebecca was an LPN who was a blessing to everyone she took care of. She was a headstrong lady and loved with her whole heart. Rebecca loved pygmy music and the color yellow but most of all, she loved her family. She would move heaven and earth to help her friends and family.
She is survived by her husband, Greg Sanson; two daughters, Megan Oakes (Josh) and Jessica Morgan (Andrew); four granddaughters, Lizzie, Allie, Dani, and Emma; her mother, Eveline Brixie; her sister, Vickie Crass; her father-in-law, Bill Sanson who adored her like his own; her niece, Kayla Hale; and her nephew, Joshua Crass. She was beloved and adored beyond measure and she will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
Visitation was Monday, April 28, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home. Graveside services were Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 10 a.m. in Union Ridge Cemetery with Pastor Tim Parke officiating.
Serving as pallbearers were Greg Sanson, Josh Oakes, Andrew Morgan, Josh Crass, Troy Pack and Tommy Turner.
