Members of the Arkansas Society Daughters of the American Revolution (ASDAR), Colonel David Love Chapter, recently recognized its 2026 DAR Good Citizen awardees from local area high schools. Lynley Belle Fletcher (Monticello), Ryli Ann Birch (Drew Central) and Ricardo Garcia Caballero (Star City) were selected among multiple entries from each school, and based on original essays reflecting what it means to be a Good Citizen today. Lynley and Ryli read their essays to the Colonel David Love chapter members on their regular meeting on April 9. All three students were awarded a monetary award, a certificate, and a Good Citizen pin. Good Citizen program chair Judy Murphy provided the program.
