Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Family Services held a fish fry fundraiser from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, on the Vera Lloyd campus.The event was open to the public, with plates selling for $20. This event will take the place of the Turkey Trot. SEARK boats cooked the fish and all of the sides. A good time was had by all, and Vera Lloyd looks forward to hosting the event again next year.
