Waylon Reese Moore, 2 weeks of age, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Baptist Health Drew County. He was born July 9, 2024, to Jason Carroll Moore and Cheryl Lynn Trantham.
He is survived by his parents; siblings, Austin Moore, Madelin Wood (Josh), Abagail Chatman, Paisley Burton and Carter Burton; grandparents, Mary and George Trantham and Jerry Carroll Moore; a niece, Ryleigh Wood; a nephew, Weston Wood; his great grandmother, Irma Jean Trantham; aunt, Kelly Burnett (Thomas); uncle, Joey (Kelly) of Ruston, La.; uncles, Greg and Lee of Ruston, La.; along with numerous other family members. He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Vicky Moore, great grandfather, Wade Trantham and uncle, Christopher Trantham.
Graveside services were 4:30 p.m. Monday, July 29, 2024, at Campground Cemetery with Rev. Ab Pevey officiating. There was a visitation Monday from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
