The Annual June Dinner Festival in Wilmar will kick off Thursday, June 18, at sunset with a bonfire and dedication service on the old school campus, 325 South 7th Street. This year's June Dinner Festival is dedicated in memory of Demetrick Oglesby, a hardworking, devoted member of the Juneteenth Association who passed suddenly in February this year. The festival will continue through Saturday, June 20, with live music and food vendors. On Sunday, June 21, there will be a gospel concert at 6 p.m. on the June Dinner Stage.
