Mainline Health System held a ribbon cutting for their new Women’s Clinic on Tuesday, October 4. Dr. Kelly Shrum and Dr. Constance Chapman will provide a wide range of OBGYN services. The women’s clinic is located inside the Mainline health center on Jordan Drive in Monticello.
