Meeting of Tuesday, April 11^th, 2023

Minutes

The regular monthly meeting of the Monticello Planning Commission was called to order by Commission Chair Dan Boice at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Monticello City Hall.

Members present were Dan Boice, Evan Patrick, Jay Jones, Lou Lambert, Bubba Groves, Kathy Campbell, and Daniel Courtney. Nick Akers and Esbeida Higginbotham were absent . Boice declared a quorum. Lou Lambert opened the meeting with a prayer.

March Minutes: Boice MOVED to approve the minutes as distributed, and the motion was seconded and carried

Public Forum:There were no comments.

CURRENT BUSINESS:

Report of the fire marshal: Dale reported yet another profitable and safe month for the city.

NEXT MEETING: The Commission’s next regularly scheduled meeting will be May 9^th, 2023. There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 6:35.
