Leigh Lassiter-Counts spoke to the Monticello Rotary Club on Thursday, October 19. Counts discussed how the Fulbright program is for all higher educators, students and faculty alike. Through the Fulbright program she has participated in Germany, serve her university, and her community, state, country, and parts of the world. She encouraged students and faculty to apply for the scholarship during her presentation.
