Harold Caldwell, Jr., 69, of Monticello, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at his home. He was born February 28, 1954, in Crawfordsville, Ind. to the late Harold Caldwell, Sr. and Elizabeth Lowery Gillian.
He was a retired truck driver, a United States Army National Guard veteran and a member of Oak Grove Assembly of God Church. Harold enjoyed working, spending time with his family, playing computer games, working in his shop, watching sci-fi movies, riding four wheelers and listening to old classic rock music.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two sons, Barry Farley and James Michael Russell.
Survivors include his wife, Clarice Caldwell of Monticello; children, Nathaniel Murphy of Monticello, Veronica Murphy (Gary) of Monticello, Regina Lynn Jennings (Kenneth) of Bigelow; seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 12 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2023, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with Rev. Roger Pierce officiating.
