Monticello Intermediate School was the winner of the Southeast Arkansas Education Service Cooperative Battle of the Books competition held recently. Members of the team picture are Andrew Maxwell (4th grade), Gia Weier (4th grade), Lily Copico (5th grade), Charlee Kaye Bickford (4th grade), and Julie Pettigrew (4th grade).
