Patricia Ann Selman passed away on March 11, 2023. She was born on July 27, 1935 to her parents Edgar and Flora Burke. She was raised in the Florence community and was a graduate of Selma school.
She married George Selman on March 22, 1959. They had one son Paul Andrew Selman (Andy). They lived in Pine Bluff where she was an avid member and church worker at Forrest Park Assembly. She moved to Monticello in 1997 where she was also active in First Assembly. She then moved to Fayetteville in February of 2020 to be close to her son. She loved the Lord and he was always first. She loved her church, family, and her yard. A wonderful homemaker, a flower guru, and a friend to everybody.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Flora Burke; her husband, George Selman; and her older brother, Ira Gene Burke.
She is survived by her son, Andy Selman (Nancy); three grandchildren, Danielle Curry, Daniel Craig, and Sydney Smith (Ryan); five great-grandchildren, Alina Curry, Brodie Curry, Stella Smith, Mason Smith, and Beauman Smith; three brothers, Keith Burke (Peggy), Lamar Burke (Bea), Leonard Burke (Pat); as well as countless nieces and nephews.
