The Monticello Lady Billies and the Star City Lady Bulldogs would reschedule their conference contest on Friday night to a home contest for the Lady Billies instead of on the road at Star City.
Coming into the contest both teams were undefeated in 8-4A Conference play.
Star City would get on the board with a single run in the first inning, but the Lady Billies would get two runs in the bottom of the second and a run in the bottom of the third to take a 3-1 lead.
The Lady Bulldogs would come back to score three runs in the top of the fourth inning to take a 4-3 lead.
Each team would hold the other scoreless for the remainder of the contest with Star City handing Monticello their first loss in the conference.
The Lady Billies would get back in the win column on Tuesday on the road against Warren in 8-4A Conference play. The Lady Billies would get out to an 11-1 lead but the Lady Lumberjacks would cut the lead to 11-7 before the Lady Billies would score the next nine runs to take the contest 20-9.
Monticello will travel to Crossett on Thursday, April 10, with a start time of 5 pm.
