Carlton Roy Halley, 62, of Monticello, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born October 16, 1961, in Monticello to the late Emmett Calvin Halley, Sr. and Martha Juanita Akin Halley.
Carlton enjoyed wrestling, Elvis Presley, fishing, hunting, and watching Christian television channels. He had a huge heart and would give you the shirt off his back.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Rickey Halley and James Thomas Halley; and one nephew, Steven Halley.
Carlton is survived by two brothers, Emmett Calvin Halley, Jr. (Cendye) of Hot Springs, and Rev. Paul Halley (Monica) of Monticello; sister, Carolyn Adams of Monticello; daughter Cynthia Halley of Monticello; grandchild, Robert Halley of Hot Springs; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 6-8 p.m. in the Stephenson-Dearman Chapel. Funeral Services was Friday, April 5, 2024, at 2 p.m. in the Stephenson-Dearman Chapel. The burial will be in Beulah Cemetery.
