Debbie Lynn Watcher Barnard, 68, of Monticello, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024, at her home. She was born January 25, 1956, in Greenville, Miss. to Ruby Howard Watcher and the late Billy Watcher.
She was a physician's secretary and stay-at-home mother and was of the Catholic faith.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Gary William Barnard; her children, Jason Barnard, Jennifer Cockrell, Jonathon Barnard and Joseph Barnard; and her mother, Ruby Howard Watcher.
