Richard Eugene "Ricky" Fenton, 69, of Monticello, passed away, on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born May 10, 1955, in Little Rock to the late Robert Eugene Fenton and Velma Jean Ballard Fenton.
Ricky was a certified master mechanic for many years until his health failed. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping.
Ricky is survived by his wife, Susie Fenton; daughter, Kimberly Fenton Welch (Lyle) of Monticello; son Ryan Eugene Fenton (Summer) of Bentonville; stepson, BJ Pemberton (Steph) of Greenwood; sister, Deborah Meeks of Austin; grandchildren, Kayla Welch, Austin Fenton, and Savannah Fenton all of Monticello; two great grandchildren; nine step grandchildren, three step great grandchildren; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, July 19, 2024, from 5-7 p.m. at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 11 a.m. in the Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel.
