The University of Arkansas at Monticello Boll Weevils and Cotton Blossom basketball teams return to action this week, making their first Oklahoma road trip of the season.
The Weevils finished the 2022 portion of the basketball season with an overall record of 5-5 and a Great American Conference record of 1-3.
For the Blossoms, the team finished the 2022 portion of the schedule with an overall record of 4-6 and a conference mark of 1-3 having ended the 2022 portion with a conference win over Ouachita Baptist and winning two consecutive contests.
UAM will travel to Weatherford, Oklahoma to face Southwestern Oklahoma State University on Thursday, January 5.
The Blossoms will tip off at 5:30 pm with the Weevils to follow.
The second stop on the first Oklahoma trip will be in Alva, Oklahoma to face Northwestern Oklahoma State University on Saturday, January 7.
The Blossoms and Lady Rangers are scheduled to tip off at 1 pm with the Weevils and Rangers to follow around 3 pm.
